After so many months of communication and construction, the renovation process has finally come to an end. Now it’s time to settle into your new, shiny home and celebrate with a party.
But wait, upon entering the house, you might be surprised to find out just how dirty your home is.
Before settling in your newly-renovated home, there’s one last thing to do: cleaning. You should give the house a thorough scrub because renovation procedures have made the place very dusty. Things are probably not where you think they should go.
Follow these instructions so that you won’t miss a single spot!

Procedures
First, you should clear away ay rubbish left behind. Put them in bin liners and beware of any sharp objects.
Wear gloves before proceeding to clear away dangerous objects.
Second, vacuum the whole place from top to bottom, starting from higher surfaces and work you way down.
Third, clean the windows and other glass surfaces with a towel dipped with detergent for glass. Wipe the glass from top to bottom. If there are stubborn stains, use a spatula to scrape it off.
Afterwards, use a dry towel to wipe off the water on the window frames. For the glass panels, wipe dry with newspaper.
Fourth, for the toilet, stick to the principle of ‘top to bottom’. Determine the material of the ceiling, whether it’s PVC, coated aluminium or painted. Use suitable detergent for the material.
Clean the gaps between the tiles. Look for glue stains, cement stain and other paint stain. Use a towel and stainless-steel cleaner to wipe down the faucet and pipe components.
For the floor, especially the corners, use the blade of a cutter knife to clear away any cement stain. Finally, use a dry towel to wipe thee faucet and pipe components.
For the kitchen, you can use the same method. Be careful not to leave traces of detergent on the taps and countertops, since these places are involved with the processing of food.
